Where it is used
One floor, six different trades
What changes is the problem to solve: in a workshop it is the oils and the lifts you cannot dismantle, in a gym the dropped weights, in a shop the fact that you cannot close. The system is the same; the line and the way it goes down are not.
Production and warehousing
You cannot stop the line to redo the floor, and the concrete underneath has cracked by now.
It goes down area by area, one bay at a time, while the rest keeps working: no demolition, no dust, no curing. The tile takes forklift traffic and the point loads of racking, and the colours earn their keep — traffic lanes in yellow, work areas in grey, no-go zones in red. If a tile gets damaged you change that one, in two minutes, without stopping anything.

Workshops and tyre shops
Oil and grease everywhere, and vehicle lifts that cannot be dismantled.
The tiles are cut around the lift bases: there is nothing to dismantle and no days lost. PVC is unbothered by oils, greases and fuels, and it washes with water and ordinary detergent. The R10 surface holds even on the ramp, and working under a vehicle is better: the floor is warmer than concrete and it deadens the noise of dropped tools.

Garages and car parks
A dusty subfloor, damp rising through it, and no appetite for building work at home.
This is the job you do yourself in an afternoon: clean the subfloor, start from the entrance ramps and work across, locking as you go. The floor covers the dusty concrete, does not stain from engine oil and holds when wet. In multi-storey and underground car parks the colours mark bays and lanes without repainting anything.

Gyms and fitness centres
Dropped barbells, machines standing on the same spot for years, and a leased unit.
It takes the sustained load of the machines and it is not cold under your hands when you train on the floor. Areas are separated by colour rather than by barriers — weights, cardio, classes — and the centre’s logo can be printed onto the tiles. If the gym moves, the floor comes apart and goes back down: on a leased property that is the difference between an investment and money spent.

Shops and offices
Closing for building work means lost takings, and reopening with a smell of adhesive is worse.
Close in the evening, lay it overnight, open in the morning: no adhesives, no solvents, no smell. PVC washes and disinfects, chair castors do not mark it, and the Design line has a vinyl finish in wood or stone effect for front-of-house areas. If the shop moves, the floor comes up and goes down somewhere else.

Events and temporary installations
You need a floor for five days, and then it must not still be there.
It lays over grass, gravel or asphalt with no preparation, takes thousands of people walking on it and comes up again at the end. The same tiles do the next show: count them, stack them on a pallet and take them back to the store.
